Personality
Ruby's a hard worker who wants to become stronger in order to protect the things she finds important. The girl's a bit of a tomboy, choosing training and drinking with guys over hanging out with other girls. She has trouble expressing her feelings, especially when it comes to love, and often tries to hide this fact by acting reserved and sometimes even a bit cold. Once she accepts and opens up to someone, she is able to show that person a warmer side of her.

Summary
Ruby’s part of a family that has served the royal family as knights for ages. Ever since she was little, she has loved her big sister more than anything in the world. Her sister, who’s two years older than Ruby, was born with unseen talent as a knight and joined the royal guard at the age of 17. Ruby, who didn’t show the same potential as her sister, was seen as a failure by her parents. Even though she worked tirelessly every single day, she wasn’t able to catch up to her sister. Feeling ashamed and hurt, Ruby decided to leave home in order to find her own path. Not wanting to stay in the shadow of her sister forever, she decided to stray from her dream to become a member of the royal guard. She wanted to live a life filled with happiness, but also one she could one day look back to with pride. She made a promise to herself that she would only be able to face her sister again after becoming strong enough to defeat her in a duel.

In order to live by herself she needed a job, because she didn't want to rely on her family anymore. That’s when she learned about the local guild “DragonHeart”, a group of mercenaries who accept all kinds of missions for money. By joining the guild, she'd surely be able to become stronger and to help people in need, while earning money at the same time. This would surely help her reach her goals.
